A leading human resource firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide advisory on employee relations and manage the full employee life cycle. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.
Provide HR advisory on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters
Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and in line with company procedures
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Track and manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring timely updates and reporting
Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity in compensation and alignment with salary structures and market benchmarks
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws
Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations
Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compensation frameworks
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
