The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters

  • Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and in line with company procedures

  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation

  • Track and manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring timely updates and reporting

  • Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity in compensation and alignment with salary structures and market benchmarks

  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws

  • Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations

  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compensation frameworks

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
