A leading infrastructure firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to support daily HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in Human Resource Management and have 4–6 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems like TIMESOFT is preferred. Support the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientation
Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
Administer compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies
Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Support training & development initiatives and staff engagement activities
Assist in policy review and implementation of HR best practices
Maintain HR systems (HRMS), employee records, and prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, Preferably in TIMESOFT
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Well-organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude with strong leadership potential
Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations is an advantage
