Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientation

  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations

  • Administer compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management

  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies

  • Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations

  • Support training & development initiatives and staff engagement activities

  • Assist in policy review and implementation of HR best practices

  • Maintain HR systems (HRMS), employee records, and prepare HR reports and analytics for management review

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity

  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems, Preferably in TIMESOFT

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
