Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant HR & Admin Manager to support the HR functions and ensure compliance with local employment regulations. The candidate must possess a degree in HR or Business Administration and have at least 5 years of experience in HR functions. This role offers a dynamic work environment in Redhill.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the HR & Admin Manager in the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies and programmes covering manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, and C&B.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives and support employee engagement and relations matters.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local employment regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for office operations and HR projects.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling the full spectrum of HR duties, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Computer literate.
