Graphics Designer and Site Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject, with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
• Project management experience, leading all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection. Must submit review analysis reports to the board after project completion. Overseas experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and management skills for external parties, liaising closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.

Design Skills:

• Design detailed illustrations of door and window options (two or four sides) and cutting lists; aluminum and glass partition cutting lists, casement door and window accessories, etc.
• Proficiency in producing 2D plans, layouts, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD / Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent team management skills, setting guidelines, providing expertise, and supervising team members.
• Guide engineers regarding construction works, ensure schedules are met, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Build up Singapore ABS as a prestigious brand in both local and overseas markets, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
• Develop perspective views, plans, elevations, and represent interior design information effectively.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Hardworking with a positive attitude towards learning.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Conduct site checks, measurements, and supervision of ongoing projects.
• Provide conceptual design, development, visualization, rendering, and documentation.
