Responsibilities

1. The company is a tour bus service provider and requires candidates to have experience in busscheduling and route planning. Upon joining, it is necessary to obtain a Singapore Class 3 driver's license.
2. Managing the driver fleet, handling driver logistics, sending emails to customers, conducting follow-up calls to maintain customer relationships, and other related tasks.
3. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
4. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
5. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
6. Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
