Job summary

A funeral services provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated team member to manage call center operations, coordinate funeral arrangements, and handle client interactions. The ideal candidate should speak English and Chinese fluently, work well under pressure, and possess a class 3 driver's license. This role requires flexibility for shift work, including weekends and public holidays. Relevant experience in the funeral industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manning call center hotlines with prompt follow-up.
• Coordinate funeral arrangements effectively.
• Meet clients at office premises and manage virtual communications.
• Transfer the deceased to the funeral homes.
• Work closely with operations and Finance Teams.

• Proficient in manning call center hotlines and establishing prompt follow-up actions
• Establish good coordination on funeral arrangements
• Versatile with client meetings performed within office premises, on-site visits, and over virtual communication platforms
• Transfer the dearly departed to funeral homes
• Work closely with operations staff and Finance Team
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• To converse well in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and Chinese monks)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent
• Possess class 3 driver's license
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
