Job summary

A global industrial organization in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee full-spectrum accounting and finance responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing financial reports, ensuring compliance, and leading budgeting and forecasting processes within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, with over 5 years of relevant supervisory experience. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Coordinate annual audits.
  • Support monthly business reviews.
  • Strengthen internal controls.
  • Monitor receivables and optimize cash flow.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee full-spectrum accounting and finance responsibilities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic support to the business.

Description
  • Manage full set of accounts Singapore and regional market.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee month‑end closing activities and ensure completeness of reporting.
  • Handle inter‑company transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review and submit local tax filings (GST and corporate tax).
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Support monthly business reviews and provide insights for gap closures and forecasts.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor receivables and optimize cash flow management.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc projects as required.
Profile
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
  • 5 years' relevant experience with supervisory experience
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
