Job Description Assisted in supervising the finance department’s day-to-day operations.

Led finance team activities, mentored internal accountants, and streamlined processes and controls.

Assisted the CEO / CFO with strategic business planning, investor relations, and financial disclosures.

Managed financial and management accounting tasks, including group reporting, tax compliance, standard costing, intercompany transactions, credit management, and accounts receivable.

Compiled monthly financial reports for both the parent company and the ultimate holding entity.

Ensured compliance with Group accounting standards and policies.

Oversaw the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.

Coordinated with external auditors and tax consultants on year-end audits and tax filings.
