We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regularly review and reconcile accounts to ensure all payables and receivables are up to date.
2. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements by following a structured month end closing process.
3. Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
4. Assist in internal and external auditing process. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
5. Responsible for Singapore Statutory tax compliance, inclusive of preparation of WHT and GST Filing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relevant fields: Finance, Accounting
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (preferred).
• Experience of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Comfortable with working in a fun-dynamic business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality.
