Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the Assistant F&B Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets including Lobby Lounge, Sky Bar, In-room dining and meeting spaces. This role is highly hands-on, focusing on operational excellence, staff training, and event execution while maintaining COMO standards of luxury and personalized service.

Tasks/Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily F&B operations in all outlets, ensuring service quality and compliance with COMO standards.
  • Actively manage event setups and execution, liaising with relevant departments to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Conduct regular floor presence during peak service periods to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead hands‑on training initiatives for service staff, focusing on upselling, guest engagement, and COMO service standards.
  • Support inventory management, cost control, and timely submission of purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant F&B Manager on implementing SOPs and service enhancements.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Support and contribute to COMO’s sustainability goals by implementing environmentally responsible practices within your roles and departments.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Assistant F&B Manager.
Key Requirement
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge and hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Service‑oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
