• Assist Trading Dept to Prepare / Issue Contracts, and Other Work-Related Duties
• Assist Accounts Dept on Daily basis Eg. Tallying of Statements, Arranging of Courier, Data Entry & Filing
• Admin Duties, Eg. Order of Stationery

Requirement: SHIPPING EXECUTIVE / 5 DAYS / 9-6 pm, – Commercial Job

Jobs Description:

• Coordinate with relevant Parties (Eg. Buyers, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines) to Arrange Shipments and Ensure Cargoes Shipped Out as per Schedule
• Prepare and Process Shipping Documents, Including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin for CUSTOM Clearance at Destination
• Prepare L/C Shipping Documents in Compliance with L/C Requirements and Handle L/C Shipments
• Ensure Compliance with CUSTOMS Regulations, Laws, and Company Policies
• Work Closely with Trading & Accounts Departments to Ensure Smooth
