Job summary

A leading insurance company in Singapore seeks a qualified individual to handle recruitment, training, and performance management of Agents. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to learn. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, monitoring performance, and supporting department activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year working experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and meticulous.
  • Experience in insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Report and take instructions from Manager and Head of Department.
  • Responsible for recruitment of Agency/FAs/FIs.
  • Formulate/Review Agents remuneration and benefits.
  • Organise and conduct training/courses for Agents.
  • Organise and manage Agents activities and get-togethers.
  • Track and monitor Agents performance and review.
  • Organise continuous professional development (CPD) training sessions.
  • Organise regular dialogues sessions with Agents.

Responsibilities
  1. Report and take instructions from Manager and Head of Department.
  2. Responsible for recruitment of Agency/FAs/FIs.
  3. Formulate/Review Agents remuneration and benefits.
  4. Organise and conduct training/courses for Agents.
  5. Organise and managing of Agents activities and get-togethers.
  6. Tracking and monitoring of Agents performance and review.
  7. Organising continuous professional development (CPD) training sessions for Agents.
  8. Organising regular dialogues sessions with Agents to network with them, inform them of changes, new product launches and etc.
  9. To provide backup support for staff who are away from office within the department.
Requirements
  1. Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience.
  2. Prepare to take up Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) exam if required.
  3. Experience in insurance is preferred.
  4. Willingness to learn and meticulous.
  5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Able to multi-task and is a team player.
  7. Able to work independently and interact with different levels of customers.
  8. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
