Manage the process of sending overdue hospital bills to collection agencies according to set guidelines.
Check and verify commission payments owed to collection agencies based on their monthly results.
Work with hospital teams and internal departments to resolve issues and answer questions about collection agent activities.
Create and update regular status reports for tracking purposes.
Support improvement projects and other duties as assigned.
