Configure, implement, and optimize ERP solutions tailored to supply chain and MedTech requirements.

Manage ERP performance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Develop custom ERP solutions, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, and implement compliance tools.

Oversee accurate data migration, maintain data integrity, and ensure security across ERP processes.

Conduct ERP training programs and provide timely technical and functional support to end-users.

Develop ERP-based reports and insights to support decision-making.

Ensure ERP systems adhere to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO27001) and implement audit controls.

Coordinate with ERP vendors for system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Maintain system documentation, best practices, and promote continuous improvement across teams.

Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or a related field, preferably in ERP systems, supply chain management or MedTech industry

Min 5 years relevant experience in ERP system implementation, administration, or analysis. Experience in supply chain or Medtech industries is highly desirable.

Expertise in SQL, database management, and ERP reporting tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports.

Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions, API integrations, and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).

Familiarity with MedTech-compliant ERP configurations and regulatory reporting standards.

Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor Syteline) is advantageous.

Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

Strong project management skills with experience in planning, budgeting, and execution.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ability to multi-task, delegate responsibilities, and make data-driven decisions.
