Responsibilities

• Support and maintain systems, ensuring they remain operational
• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and meet SLA and KPI targets set by the maintenance contract
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic work environment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance following standard procedures
• Carry out corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, diagnosing issues, and replacing equipment, modules, or components at sites or in the workshop
• Liaise with procurement and equipment vendors
• Provide 24/7 off‑site standby for fault activation after office hours
• Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers
• Develop engineering reports, supply support, configuration control, and obsolescence management
• Provide solutions to technical issues associated with electronic systems
• Apply Windows / Symantec patching or updating
• Assist in vulnerability assessment and tracking
• Manage network and system backup and restore
• Support servers, workstations, and network equipment
• Maintain a positive work ethic and collaborate as a team player
• Take ownership of responsibilities and perform required site travel

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer / Electrical Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar engineering role
