Job Responsibilities
- Prepare welded mesh shop drawings using AutoCAD for customer submissions and production use.
- Liaise with customers to resolve drawing discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update all revisions of project drawings.
- Provide timely responses to order enquiries and act as the point of escalation when required.
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day production operations, including inventory control, safety, quality, and deliveries.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives, production planning, manpower allocation, and daily management activities.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures.
- Perform ERP functions related to production and inventory modules.
- Prepare weekly production reports and monthly closing reports.
- Undertake other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Competency Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field, OR Higher Nitec in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
