  • Working day: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to the commercial team through technical data analysis, competitor grade comparison, and troubleshooting for both pre‑sales and after‑sales activities, while collaborating with global teams to standardize testing methods, conduct evaluations, and perform benchmarking tests as required.
  • Perform failure analysis, benchmark testing, and both destructive and non‑destructive testing to identify physical defects in materials or products.
  • Support production and logistics teams in production‑related tasks and incoming/in‑process quality operations.
  • Assist R&D Team with benchmark testing and development of new analytical methods based on customer requirements.
  • Execute standard laboratory procedures, maintain proper documentation, and ensure accurate recording of experimental data.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinate with vendors for technical issues.
  • Manage laboratory inventory, including consumables and spare parts.
  • Participate as an ISO 17025 committee member to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure tests are conducted according to ISO standards.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related field. Candidates with a Chemical background will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of polymers and plastics.
  • Familiarity with injection molding technology and analytical techniques.
