Job summary

An engineering services company in Singapore is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Engineer to perform routine and corrective maintenance as well as provide engineering support. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Electronics or related fields and preferably some knowledge in Data Analytics. Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.

To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.

Liaison with procurement and vendors.

Arrange and attend monthly meetings with customers.

Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design.

Provide or recommend technical solutions to mitigate RF communication systems/equipment failures.

Frequent travelling and working at customer premise(s).

Occasional backfill for Integrated Work Force (IWF) at customer premise(s).

Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably with some knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns).

Preferably with experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines: (Radio Communications, basic networking skills, computer/servers, embedded systems and/or UPS). Other Engineering-related experience may be considered.

Preferably with Class 3 Driving License.
