Job description

• Project Delivery: Assist in managing assigned electrical projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Team Coordination: Support site project teams, facilitating smooth operations and resolving technical challenges.
• Supervision: Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Project Management: Contribute to planning, execution, and completion of electrical works in alignment with project goals.
• Costing & Re-engineering: Participate in project costing, value engineering, and budget control to optimize profitability.
• Progress Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly progress claims and expenditure reports.
• Testing & Commissioning: Lead or support testing and commissioning activities; conduct post-completion training for clients.
• Technical Support: Provide equipment selection guidance and technical assistance to customers and site teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in technical discussions and progress meetings with clients, M&E consultants, and contractors.
• Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator/Officer to plan, assess, and implement project safety systems.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support project and organizational needs.
