To enhance the productivity and output quality of Click2View’s video and animation teams by managing routine post‑production tasks efficiently, maintaining project organisation, and ensuring that senior creatives can focus on high‑value storytelling and leadership work.

  1. 1. Smooth Post‑Production Workflow
    • Assets, footage, and project files are properly named, tagged, and stored according to C2V’s file management system.
    • Senior editors report at least a 20–30% time saving per project due to delegated tasks.
  2. 2. Efficient Prep and Assembly
    • Rough cuts and assembly edits are delivered ahead of schedule with clean timelines.
    • Editor/producer feedback loops are fast and friction‑free (≤ 2 rounds for base edits).

    • Provides daily editing, motion or graphics support across at least 2–3 concurrent projects.
    • Positive feedback from editors, designers, and animators for reliability and responsiveness.
