Skills & Competencies
  • Proven expertise in supply chain or third-party risk management, with a strong understanding of industry challenges and solutions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and delivering actionable insights using analytical tools.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional local languages is highly desirable.

Education

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor and functional/technical specialist to prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process. Respond to RFIs and RFPs, lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, and provide expert technical and functional support.
  • Lead Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Develop and present industry-relevant use cases to showcase Moody’s Analytics’ value proposition, and actively engage with industry stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
  • Provide Market Feedback for Product Development: Monitor emerging market trends and regulatory requirements, translating them into actionable product requirements. Identify untapped opportunities and support business cases for new product development or feature enhancement.
  • Deliver Internal Education: Conduct training sessions for internal teams on customer use cases, product solutions, and industry trends. Act as a coach and subject matter expert for product consultants, sales professionals, and customer success teams.
About the Team

The Global Sales and Customer Service team consists of over 1,000 professionals serving clients across banking, insurance, asset management, corporate, professional services, and government sectors in more than 50 countries. You will join the TPRM Solutions Specialist team within the IPL Group, which is composed of presales experts, practitioners, and subject matter specialists. Together, we focus on risk lifecycle and analytics, data solutions, AML/financial crime compliance, and third-party due diligence.
