You will assist in leading the Environmental Services team, driving smooth and efficient operation of all departmental activities, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will manage service contracts and work with service partners to ensure that systems, operations, services and programmes are maintained at a high quality standard and in compliance with legal requirements and stipulated hospital standards. You will develop and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures and manage departmental budget plans. In addition, you will be involved in training and supervising department staff to ensure compliance with directives and work plans.
