A government agency in Singapore is seeking a member for the Human Resource Division’s Leadership Planning team. You will develop and implement talent management strategies, working closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are required. This role offers an opportunity to participate in significant projects and improve HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
As a member of the Human Resource Division’s Leadership Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with MND’s business priorities and future manpower needs. This involves working with stakeholders and HR teams across the MND Family, including partner agencies such as PSD, to attract, develop and retain key talent, and to groom them for leadership roles within the organisation.

To achieve these outcomes, you will drive and coordinate the review of HR policies, utilise HR data to assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, and implement programmes to ensure a positive and engaged workforce. You will also get a chance to participate in projects and process improvement initiatives, and staff meetings deliberating these issues involving MND senior management and other stakeholders.
