Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) invites experienced professionals to help drive the National Capability Masterplan for cybersecurity on behalf of the whole of Government. You will collaborate with government agencies and strategic partners to transform and develop security capabilities aligned with Government needs.

Reporting to senior government stakeholders, you will develop roadmaps, conduct gap analyses, prioritise resources, and oversee policy downstreams to support capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum).
• 6+ years of work experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity domain; certifications (Offsec/CISSP/SANS) are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to engage, influence stakeholders and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive national cyber capability development roadmaps.
• Develop and perform national cybersecurity gap analyses.
• Maintain oversight of WOG cyber security initiatives to align with capability plans.
• Guide right-siting of capabilities across WOG and industry.
• Develop policies pertaining to capability acquisition and strategy.
• Oversee prioritisation of resources to realise capability plans.
• Plan and execute high-level meetings with senior stakeholders.

Job description

You will be part of a dynamic team to drive the development of the National Capability Masterplan for cybersecurity on behalf of the whole of Government. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies and strategic partner(s) to direct the transformation and development of cybersecurity needs and capabilities to serve Government needs.

Min bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 6 years of work experience.

• Develop and drive national cyber capability development roadmaps.
• Develop and perform national cybersecurity gap analyses.
• Maintain oversight of WOG cyber security related initiatives to ensure alignment with capability development plans.
• Guide right-siting of capabilities across WOG and industry.
• Develop the relevant downstream policies pertaining to capability acquisition and strategy to support the plans.
• Oversee the prioritisation of resources to realise the capability development plans.
• Plan and execute high level meetings and discussions involving senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge in the cybersecurity domain (Offsec/CISSP/SANS certification would be an added advantage)
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, align interests and build partnerships
• Ability to analyse data and present distilled facts, findings and recommendations
