Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking a senior professional to lead the development of national cyber capability masterplans. You will work with government agencies and strategic partners to direct transformation of cybersecurity capabilities to serve Government needs.

You will develop roadmaps, perform gap analyses, align initiatives across WOG and industry, and guide allocation of resources. Strong communication and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Knowledge in the cybersecurity domain; Offsec/CISSP/SANS certification would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, align interests and build partnerships.
• Ability to analyse data and present distilled facts, findings and recommendations.
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines.
• A strong team player and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of WOG cyber security related initiatives to ensure alignment with capability development plans.
• Guide right-siting of capabilities across WOG and industry.
• Develop the relevant downstream policies pertaining to capability acquisition and strategy to support the plans.
• Oversee the prioritisation of resources to realise the capability development plans.
• Plan and execute high level meetings and discussions involving senior stakeholders.

Job description

You will be part of a dynamic team to drive the development of the National Capability Masterplan for cybersecurity on behalf of the whole of Government. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies and strategic partner(s) to direct the transformation and development of cybersecurity needs and capabilities to serve Government needs.
