A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to manage performance management and audits. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, be knowledgeable about the Singapore Employment Act, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while helping to shape HR policies.
The Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing and retaining talent to ensure that IPOS International continues to be a competitive employer. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the organisation’s performance management, compensation, payroll, audit and operations.
