Assistant Director, Technology Innovation and Strategic Operations
📍 Depot Road and Kent Ridge (HQ)
💼 Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Up to $11,000/month

About the Role

Join us in shaping the intelligent hospital of the future. We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to support the implementation of smart technologies across clinical, operational, and facilities domains. You’ll work closely with the Operations Lead to execute digital transformation initiatives that enhance care delivery, improve efficiency, and future-proof hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Implementation — Support the rollout of smart hospital initiatives, including AI, telehealth, digital twins, IoT, and robotics across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination — Collaborate with clinical, operations, IT, and facilities teams to integrate new technologies into workflows and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Project & Vendor Management — Lead or support project planning, procurement processes, vendor engagement, and performance monitoring for tech implementation projects.
  • Operational Innovation — Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., autonomous systems, predictive analytics) for real-world application in hospital settings.
  • Data & Performance Optimisation — Use real-time data and digital platforms to support capacity planning, predictive maintenance, and operational excellence.
  • Governance & Compliance — Ensure projects align with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and business continuity requirements.
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Support — Assist in reporting progress to senior leadership, managing innovation workgroups, and facilitating change management across departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare operations or tech transformation.
  • Strong background in project coordination, vendor management, and smart hospital systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
