Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research teams, working with clinicians to deliver impactful studies.
• Design, implement, and evaluate research projects aligned with national healthcare priorities.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions, academic partners, and government agencies.
• Identify and secure research grants, including competitive healthcare and AI funding.
• Mentor junior researchers and build research capacity within the department.
• Translate research outcomes into practical insights for healthcare policy and operations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree (or higher) in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years of research/analytics experience, with 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in clinical/health services research and project management.
• Experience in securing research grants (healthcare/AI focus preferred).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations in Singapore is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI applications in healthcare.
