Job description
  • Finance Business partner (BP) to Divisions to provide financial insights to add value that will guide decision making to achieve organization’s outcomes
  • Team Lead to Divisions’ BP to manage and drive forecast and budget utilization accuracy, strengthen projection capabilities and financial controls through financial performance review
  • Continually assess opportunities to improve BP delivery and foster strong partnerships with Divisions
  • Review management report packages and performance analysis with Divisions, identifying key trends and provide business recommendations
  • Support Divisions in budget process, year-end closing activities and funding process
  • Lead finance projects to drive process improvement
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a recognized University
  • Minimum 12 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years in Finance Business Partner role with supervisory responsibilities
  • People focused leader, encouraging team growth and development
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management
  • Adaptable to changes and creative mindset to drive improvements in financial processes
  • Highly collaborative and trusted leader with experience to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in analysis/database tools such as SAP and Power BI
