The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join its People Partners Division. As a People Partner, you will be providing HR advice, guidance and support to several departments.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging leaders in aspectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement and career development.
  • Engaging employees at all levels on HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Proposing and implementing HR solutions that are staff‑centric while taking into consideration organisational needs, relevant guidelines and best practices.
  • Assisting with reviews into feedback and any allegations of misconduct.
  • Working on projects such as career development initiatives, functional competency frameworks and manpower management.
Requirements
  • Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Able to engage and work with all levels of staff.
  • Strategic thinking, with an inquisitive mindset and interest in analysing data, identifying trends and recommending solutions.
  • Comfortable with managing diverse views and reconciling differences in opinions to achieve common objectives.
  • Good writing, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to work at both the conceptual and operational levels.
  • Able to work independently as well as in teams.
