Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to support our global digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving direct bookings, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring digital excellence across our hotel portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on executional expertise in paid media, SEO, content, and social media. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful digital campaigns and support the ongoing growth of our digital channels.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Paid Media

  • Coordinate and manage assigned digital marketing campaign activities from initiation to completion.
  • Influence and implement the paid digital strategy to support business goal.
  • Work closely with paid media agencies to ensure strategic goals are achieved and KPIs met.
  • Conduct monthly performance meetings with key regional executives and stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign performance reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with internal hotel teams to understand business needs and initiate campaigns accordingly.

Website & SEO Management

  • Maintain good SEO practices and implement optimisation strategies for assigned regions.
  • Implement best practices for SEO and UX to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Collaborate with web and development teams to improve site performance, speed, and mobile usability.
  • Support and manage tasks assigned to the Global Digital Marketing team.
  • Ensure content and landing pages are fully optimised for tracking and attribution.
  • Monitor SEO and engagement across channels, suggesting optimisation opportunities.
  • Update and manage website content for SEA hotels, and promotional pages.
  • Ensure website content and appearance are fully on-brand, aligned with visual direction, and meet content and display standards.
  • Execute user testing and user acceptance testing processes to identify and validate enhancements.
  • Coordinate small-scale digital projects such as feature enhancements and updates.
  • Coordinate digital platform requirements during new hotel openings.
  • Manage monthly offer and content updates on the CMS platform.
  • Maintain the monthly invoicing process for the department.
  • Conduct user training for content updates and act as gatekeeper for CMS content structure.
Social Media Campaign Strategy
  • Research social media trends and update the team on relevant platform changes.
  • Assist Director to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define and track key social media KPIs, and measure campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Work with marketing team and graphic designers to ensure artwork and campaign creative are visually appealing and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Project Support
  • Coordinate with hotel teams on monthly content updates, offers, and campaign initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to support digital marketing goals.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Testing process post-deployments to test new enhancements.
  • Execute the User Acceptance Test process for all deployments.
  • Coordination of small-scale digital projects such as selected feature enhancements.
  • Coordinate with hotels on the digital platform requirements during the setting up of new hotels.
  • Coordinate with hotels on month offer and information update on CMS
  • Maintain the monthly invoicing process for the department
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Conduct user training for content update functions and be the main gatekeeper for systems content structure
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital channels, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing CMS platforms; familiarity with Sitecore is a plus.
  • Google Analytics certification (or other relevant digital marketing certifications) is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics with proven ability to interpret and apply data insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and audience research.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Google+, Google AI MAX and other major platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational skills.
