Information Technology (Cybersecurity)

Join us as an Assistant / Deputy Manager – Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation’s digital ecosystem across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and mission‑critical technology operations.

What You Will Do
Cybersecurity Governance
  • Develop, implement, and enhance cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with CSA, IM8, and internal frameworks.
  • Champion cybersecurity culture by driving organisation‑wide awareness and training programmes.
  • Advise business units on secure practices and ensure policy adherence.
Cybersecurity Risk Management
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments on IT systems, OT environments, and supply chain processes.
  • Evaluate third‑party vendors, identify security gaps, and track remediation.
  • Maintain risk registers, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Monitor emerging threats affecting logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.
  • Work with project teams to resolve penetration testing findings and implement improvements.
Cybersecurity Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure organisation‑wide compliance with PDPA, Cybersecurity Act, MAS TRM, ISO 27001, NIST, and related frameworks.
  • Coordinate internal/external audits and manage customer security assessments.
  • Maintain audit evidence, compliance documentation, and automated compliance processes.
  • Oversee security operations partners, track vulnerabilities, and support deployment of cybersecurity tools.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend defensive enhancements.
Incident Preparedness & Reporting
  • Support development and testing of incident response and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting requirements are fully addressed.
  • Present cybersecurity metrics and compliance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications preferred: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
  • 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
