The Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) is Singapore’s most established business chamber, representing a vibrant community of enterprises that choose Singapore as their hub. We champion enterprise, collaboration, and impact.

We are seeking a visionary Director, Marketing & Communications to lead the Chamber’s storytelling and brand transformation. This role will shape how SICC communicates its purpose, amplifies member impact, and builds its reputation as the trusted voice of business in Singapore and beyond.

About the Role

As Director, you will:

  • Develop and execute SICC’s marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and mindshare growth across the business ecosystem.
  • Drive integrated campaigns that bring SICC’s flagship and industry programmes to life.
  • Lead corporate communications, media relations, digital engagement, storytelling and content creation across platforms to advance SICC’s thought leadership.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to position the Chamber as a forward-looking, collaborative voice on enterprise, innovation, and the future of work.
  • Oversee brand governance, and content strategy to ensure every message, campaign, and event reinforces SICC’s brand recall and reputation.
  • Embark on strategic projects as assigned by the CEO or the Board, contributing to the Chamber’s transformation and long-term growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within business, professional, or membership organisations.
  • Proven ability to drive brand mindshare growth through compelling campaigns, digital storytelling, and thought leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinker with hands‑on ability to execute across media, digital, and content channels.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative leader who inspires creativity and upholds brand excellence.
  • Passion for advancing Singapore’s enterprise ecosystem and shaping conversations that matter.
