Job Description
- Coordinate with the subcontractor and client to ensure all identified defects are properly rectified and closed.
- Work closely with our site person in charge to resolve issues promptly at the project site.
- Liaise with our HQ QS to review and justify the subcontractor’s scope of work for defect‑related matters.
- Maintain proper records, reports, quotations, and logs.
- Respond to resident queries and feedback in a timely manner.
