• Work closely with our site person in charge to resolve issues promptly at the project site.
• Liaise with our HQ QS to review and justify the subcontractor’s scope of work for defect‑related matters.
• Maintain proper records, reports, quotations, and logs.
• Respond to resident queries and feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in Project and Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, projects, or building operations.
