Job summary

A leading shopping mall management company in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor for the information counter.   • Coordinate tenant requests for technical assistance.
  • Handle daily redemption of gift vouchers.
  • Perform sales transactions and sales reconciliation.

  • Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquiries and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions
  • Handle face‑to‑face and phone call feedbacks
  • Assist in planning the duty roster and supervising the customer service officers
  • Train new staff with customer service policies, procedures and best practices
  • Manage accurate inventory of promotion merchandise
  • Coordinate tenant requests for technical assistance with Security
  • Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit card reward program
  • Perform mall gift voucher sales transactions and reconcile daily sales takings
Requirements
