Our esteemed client in the Logistics industry is seeking a Customer Operations Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Assistant Customer Operations Manager
- Location: West (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm & Alternate Saturday (half day)
- Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day customer service and billing operations for warehouse/logistics functions
- Respond to customer queries and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely order processing
- Conduct monthly billing, accruals, and monitor debtor aging; recommend recovery plans
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using WMS
- Implement and manage changes to processes in coordination with IT and vendors
- Analyze operational reports and support process improvements
- Guide and support the team in executing business processes efficiently
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in third-party logistics or supply chain operations
- Prior experience in leading customer service team is essential.
- Proficient in WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to start immediately or in short notice.
