Our esteemed client in the Logistics industry is seeking a Customer Operations Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Assistant Customer Operations Manager
  • Location: West (Transport provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm & Alternate Saturday (half day)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day customer service and billing operations for warehouse/logistics functions
  • Respond to customer queries and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely order processing
  • Conduct monthly billing, accruals, and monitor debtor aging; recommend recovery plans
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using WMS
  • Implement and manage changes to processes in coordination with IT and vendors
  • Analyze operational reports and support process improvements
  • Guide and support the team in executing business processes efficiently
Job Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in third-party logistics or supply chain operations
  • Prior experience in leading customer service team is essential.
  • Proficient in WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to start immediately or in short notice.
