A corporate services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to handle corporate secretarial duties. The role involves ensuring compliance, assisting with employment pass applications, and converting financial statements into XBRL format. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Polytechnic Diploma, and is proficient in English. This position provides training for specific tasks, ensuring a supportive work environment.
Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for mostly private companies limited by shares, including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients, and maintenance of statutory records and registers.
Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Assisting with employment pass applications for clients (training will be provided if no experience).
Assistance with converting financial statements into the XBRL format (experience preferred, but training will be provided if no experience).
Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
