Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Commercial Lead to manage the project commercial team and deliver on margins and cashflow. You will oversee contract and tender documentation, risk management, and ensure accurate, on-time reporting.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Science with 10+ years of relevant experience, strong numeracy, and a commercial mindset to drive opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Science.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role in construction.
• Familiar with contract/construction law, tender requirements, contract conditions, methods of contracting, value contract works and claims experience.
• M&E experience is a plus.
• Meticulous with strong numeracy and commercial acumen.
• Excellent team spirit, interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
