Responsibilities
  • Lead the post-contract administration process for civil, piling, ground engineering projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Review, interpret, and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and variations in accordance with company policies and relevant contract law.
  • Provide contractual and legal advice to project and management teams to minimize commercial risks and safeguard company interests.
  • Draft and review letters, notices, and correspondence relating to contractual issues, extensions of time (EOT), and claims.
  • Monitor project progress and commercial performance to identify potential risks or disputes early.
  • Manage change orders, variations, and claims in line with contractual procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and external legal advisors on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Ensure all documentation, records, and communications comply with contractual and legal requirements.
  • Support internal audits, dispute resolution, and contract close-out processes.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of contract management procedures, templates, and best practices.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management within construction or infrastructure-related works.
