Main Purpose of the Job

Assist Project Director in delivering professional assignment including technical due diligence and projectmanagement services for small to medium Size projects

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
  • Assist with project planning and preparation of project execution plans
  • Assist Project Director on project administration and liaison with client on project implementation
  • Coordinate with consultants and ensure deliverables based on agreed program
  • Attend to project meetings and help keep records
  • Support building compliance audits, site assessments, site monitoring.
  • Prepare draft reports for approval by Project Director, including technical due diligence reports and presentations
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Support engagement with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
  • Degree in Project Management, Building / Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil & Structural or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant qualifications
  • Graduates from polytechnics, and universities are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple assignments and diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly technical report writing and presentation. An ability to summarise and explain outcomes to non-technical audiences is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, self-motivated and exhibit independent thinking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
