Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in the day-to-day operations of their clinic. This role encompasses customer service duties including cashiering, appointment booking, and handling inquiries. The candidate will also liaise with various stakeholders and assist in regulatory compliance tasks. The position requires prior experience in a similar environment with an emphasis on customer interaction and operational support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and clinic operations.
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.

  • Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
  • Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
  • Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.
  • Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.
