Overview

Job Description: Helicap is looking for an ambitious candidate to contribute significantly to the Sales team. You will work closely with our sales, product and investment teams, and the goal is to manage our client relationships with institutional and HNWI investors globally. The role is special – you will report directly to the Director of Sales and the CEO of Helicap Securities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure superior client service to contribute to the overall investor experience with Helicap.
  • Maintain, analyse, and enhance client data and conversions.
  • Support and execute new business development initiatives globally.
  • Provide excellent administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Preparation of marketing decks, presentation materials, DDQs and memorandums.
  • Manage the workflow and assist with enhancing and improving the user experience of Helicap’s investor portal platform, www.helicap.com.
  • Plan and coordinate investor events for client engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance related discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the wealth management industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
  • Meticulous, strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate and resilient
  • Love a fast-paced work environment with close relationships with co-workers
  • Prior experience in a Fintech lending platform performing sales and business development is a bonus
