Job summary

A facility management service provider in Singapore seeks an Assistant Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, planning, and staff performance. The role involves working closely with clients to fulfill their requests, managing operational schedules, and requires familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Ideal candidates should possess GCE 'O' Level and a proactive attitude, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Min qualification GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Relevant planning / scheduling experience is an advantage.
  • Good team player with good communication skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and PH.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Senior Operations Manager / Operations Manager.
  • Plan and schedule manpower for daily operations.
  • Follow up on customer requests and feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to provide accurate schedules.
  • Send reminder texts/calls to customers daily.
  • Resolve daily situations as required.
  • Responsible for staff performance and discipline.
  • Tabulate worker OT and submit to HR monthly.
  • Compile monthly reports for clients.
  • Prepare new staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Monitor training and development needs.
