• Use effective behaviour management strategies consistently.
• Carry out planned curriculum tasks with individuals or groups under teacher instruction.
• Listen to children read, using appropriate skills.
• Organise resources for the class and maintain educational equipment.
• Prepare classroom displays and help to prepare art materials for class activities.
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
