Job summary

A leading electronics solutions company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to conduct acceptance tests, support QC measurements, and maintain laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will manage SPC reports, ensure compliance as an internal auditor, and maintain an organized laboratory environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance test on receiving material, in- process intermediates and Finished Goods.
• Analyzing customer RTV/in house retain samples to support customer complaints investigation.
• Support QC measurements for engineering studies and product scale up.
• Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality.
• Issue Production Batch Ticket to production via JDE ARS system.
• Advise on rework procedure to Production.
• Conduct Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment.
• Conduct periodic Measurement System Analysis.
• Liaise with vendor on Maintenance and Calibration of Lab equipment.
• Generate monthly SPC report for customers.
• Generate COA (LIMS).
• Generate Monthly scrap report.
• Internal Auditor for Management system.
• Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory.

• Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality to production engineering


• Issue Production Batch Ticket to production via JDE ARS system


• Advise on rework procedure to Production


• Conduct Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment


• Conduct periodic Measurement System Analysis


• Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Lab equipment


• Generate monthly SPC report for customers


• Generate COA (LIMS)


• Generate Monthly scrap report


• Internal Auditor for Management system (QMS/EMS/OHSAS)


• Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times


• Any other tasks as and when assigned.
