You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare sushi, sashimi, and a variety of hot dishes, ensuring each plate reflects precision and creativity. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and must possess strong knife skills. Weekend and holiday work is required.
