• Availability to work on weekends with two weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate front desk team's performance regularly.
• Oversee logistical and facilities maintenance operations.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Ensure high service standards among team members.

• Guarantee full compliance with the Aureus curriculum system.
• Track and report team evaluations and development plans.
