  • Working Hours: 4 weekday + Saturday (10am-7pm)
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily centre operations—managing staffing schedules, ensuring programme delivery (academic support, enrichment, holiday activities), coordinating logistics, and upholding safety standards
  • Ensure smooth execution of curriculum-based programmes and daily routines as planned
  • Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate centre staff, including student care teachers
  • Organise and facilitate parent engagement activities like meetings, workshops, and events
  • Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment, attendance tracking, student records, and fee/payment follow-ups
  • Teach and support upper primary students (Primary 4–6) in core subjects—Chinese, English, Mathematics, and Science—ensuring strong academic guidance and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (other relevant degrees may be considered)
  • Experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work, or related sectors
  • Strong leadership, people management, and organizational abilities
  • Able to step in and conduct classes in the absence of teachers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and stakeholders
