Job Description
- Supporting the Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilisation of manpower and resources, to ensure cost efficiency, effective management and smooth daily operations of the clinic.
- Identify and ensure operational workflow aligns with service quality and clinical standards
- Assist in the Implementation of new services/work processes through planning and assessments of industry best practices.
- Develop and roll out training manuals and SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery across all clinics
- Managing internal communications to ensure key stakeholder management for prompt reaction to operational needs
- Ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures with government regulations
- Involvement in the planning and approval of staff roster, work performance reviews and improvement plans, and cultivating developmental plans
- Perform regular audits onsite on a full spectrum of policies and procedures
- Ensure that current processes meet and comply with the business goals and objectives, accreditation and regulatory agency requirements
- Opportunity to collaborate with team members across other departments, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new clinics development, and emergency planning.
