We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So, we're searching for a Assistant Business Development Manager with a track record of hunting, driving sales, and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms and event halls.

A little taste of your day-to-day

  • A hunter mentality for driving and closing sales.
  • Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureaus, corporate accounts, Government Departments, and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.
  • Monitors competitors' activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
  • Plans and conducts familiarization tours and site inspections.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields, with 2 to 3 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact with clients, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and drive to succeed.
